Here, someone who has enough knowledge and understands how to solve a problem may turn out to be extremely unsociable. He may not make contact and does not like to express his opinion. This should be kept in mind - to know that among the team there may be a person for whom the problem is easily solved, but do not wait until he comes with a solution himself, but ask, preferably in writing, so as not to cause psychological discomfort from face-to-face communication.
