When faced with the logic of a developer, a person from business may think that programming is done by very strange people. When a talented specialist is given a task, he sometimes looks at it like a robot. Sometimes the programmer's solution can surprise the customer: it happens that it spoils everything from a business point of view, but the developer was interested in creating it and solving interesting puzzles.

To solve this problem, there needs to be a person between the business and IT specialists who will translate the information into a language that is understandable to both sides. Someone will have to content writing service learn to be at the junction of these two worlds, to simply translate tasks and think about how best to accomplish them. It is he who will control what goals need to be achieved so that the business is happy with them. Finding such a person is a real problem.

If developers don't understand business needs, then managers don't know what the software can do.

Often, the customer has a limited understanding of the technical capabilities of their own website or application. When a business representative sets the task of collecting some data to analyze it and decide in which direction to develop the business, they do not even assume that the development can collect other data with which the conclusions will be more accurate.

The same applies to functionality. For example, the site has ten advertising banners on various topics - from cat food to tents, and they are shown to all visitors indiscriminately, instead of being shown to each one taking into account their needs. The customer simply does not know that the site collects data about visitors and can differentiate them by interests, and therefore does not even set such tasks.

TORMENTING THOUGHTS AND QUIET MATHEMATICIANS

Developers usually have deep expertise in their field, but at the same time understand little in other areas. It is simply impossible to understand everything, especially when it comes to complex technical knowledge and skills. This leads to an interesting paradox - while one specialist searches for a solution all day long, being limited by his area of knowledge, another can simply think and immediately find the answer.

In a sociable environment, this will not be a problem - one will ask, the other will prompt. However, with programmers, everything is different. Here, someone who has enough knowledge and understands how to solve a problem may turn out to be extremely unsociable. He may not make contact and does not like to express his opinion. This should be kept in mind - to know that among the team there may be a person for whom the problem is easily solved, but do not wait until he comes with a solution himself, but ask, preferably in writing, so as not to cause psychological discomfort from face-to-face communication.
