The Yoast plugin or any other SEO plugin offers you the possibility to easily insert these tags in the panel dedicated to the SEO options on Yoast you will find the title and description meta tags under each article in the SEO, SEO title and Meta description tab THE META TAG TITLE OR SEO TITLE The SEO Title is a clear and concise description of the page content. The Title meta tag is read and interpreted both by the Browser and by the search engines the browser displays it in the label of the reference Tab, while the search engine acquires basic information on the content of the page from it and shows it to the users in the SERP (the search results page.

For the title tag to be effective it must not be photo retouching service too long it must not be ambiguous, but clearly describe the content of the page should possibly contain the main long tail keywords of the page THE DESCRIPTION META TAG which will be displayed in the SERP  in a few sentences you have to explain what the page contains and why it is worth reading.
