When applied topically, banana manages the signs of aging by reversing the damage caused by free radicals in the skin. Directions to make the mask – In a bowl, mash a banana and form a smooth paste. Apply it generously to your eyes and on your face. Dab the paste into your skin gently. Leave it on for 15-20 minutes and rinse with cold water. This mask is especially effective for treating under-eye wrinkles, dark circles, and crow’s feet around the eyes. This oil is enriched with antioxidants, vitamin E, and fatty acids that deeply moisturize delicate skin and help retain moisture and elasticity.
Argan oil helps reduce wrinkles, puffiness, and dark circles. Directions for use – Take a few Beauty AME drops of argon oil on your fingertips and gently massage the area around your eyes in a circular motion. Rinse with lukewarm water. Yogurt masks. Yogurt contains lactic acid that clears dead skin cells, moisturizes, provides protection from UV rays, increases skin elasticity, reduces fine lines, and wrinkles, fights acne, and brightens skin. Directions for use – In a bowl, take four tablespoons of yogurt and one tablespoon of olive oil and mix them together. Apply the mixture to your face and keep it for 30 minutes. Rinse with cool water.
For best results, use this mask thrice a week. Directions for use – In a bowl, mix one teaspoon of turmeric with two teaspoons of yogurt. Apply this mixture to the face generously and keep for 15 minutes. Rinse with cool water. Jojoba oil. Jojoba oil is similar to liquid wax and its structure is similar to the natural oils found in our skin. Thus, it can penetrate deeply into the skin and is one of the best remedies to treat wrinkles and fine lines. Jojoba oil manages free radicals and prevents the damage caused by them. Directions for use – Pour 2-3 drops of jojoba oil on your fingertips. Massage your forehead with your fingertips in an upward direction for a few minutes. Keep it for 20 minutes and rinse your face with lukewarm water.
