The rental of houses, flats and apartments is another option within the vacation offer in Spain. In times of pandemic, some opt for this type of accommodation because they consider it safer or more comfortable in the face of limitations and restrictions. But what is the average price of a vacation rental in each autonomous community?

The vacation rental comparator Likibu.com has compiled in a report the study and analysis of the prices of this type of accommodation in the Spanish market during the high season months of summer 2021.

The average price per night of a vacation rental varies depending on each of the autonomous communities of our country.

The Balearic Islands have the highest average price. Specifically, 339 euros for each night in a vacation rental in this region. They are followed, although much further away, by the Basque Country with 259 euros on average and Catalonia with 183 euros.

The report mainly highlights that coastal regions are those with the Telegram Number Data highest prices . With the exception of the Region of Murcia (109 euros on average) and the Canary Islands (102 euros).

Focusing on the most popular holiday destinations within our country, the options with the highest prices are Ibiza  with 645 euros on average, Menorca with 379 euros and Palma de Mallorca with 365 euros.



In fourth place is Formentera with 337 euros on average. Therefore, it can be concluded that the most expensive destinations in our country are found entirely in the Balearic Islands . For its part, Ibiza is once again at the top of the classification.

After the first places appear destinations such as San Sebastián (€328), Marbella (€275), Sitges (€237) or the city of Barcelona (€234).

As the report highlights, all vacation destinations with high prices for this summer 2021 are part of coastal areas. This shows that, as in previous years, there is a great predilection for sun and beach tourism.

Finally, summer destinations with the most interesting and affordable prices are also taken into account. Very useful information for anyone planning a last-minute vacation.

The first place is occupied by  Castellón de la Plana , with €88 on average. Las Palmas de Gran Canaria (€90) and Fuerteventura (€98) follow closely behind , both coastal destinations.
