This is not obvious - because the new law does not mention anything about it and focuses on the ban on advertising. Meanwhile, this Act is not the only legal act regulating advertising and informing about the performance of activities related to broadly understood medicine. Other provisions (which will remain in force even after the new act enters into force) allow the publication of articles and information of a neutral nature, which, however, may indirectly build the recognition of a given entrepreneur and thus make it easier to find him on the Internet.
Such articles can be published both by doctors and by persons not related to regulated professions (who, as a rule, have not been subject to restrictions so far).
Informative texts cannot directly encourage the purchase of products, but they allow you to build mobile number list recognition on the web and generate traffic on the website through the use of keywords. A conscious selection of vocabulary and content topics is not forbidden, on the contrary - it will become one of the few ways to help potential customers find an entrepreneur specializing in a given area. This is still allowed - and due to wider advertising restrictions than before, neutral articles and information may become the most common way to reach potential customers over time.
